Labradorite is known as the stone of magic & mystery know to heighten physcic abilities, spiritual awareness & spark creativity in the wearer.

Inuits once called Labradorite the "Stone of Fire." According to Inuit legend a warrior seen the lights to be trapped inside some rocks. He then struck the rocks with his spear to free some of the lights which now shine bright in the sky which are now to be known as the Northern Lights. 

Like the glimmering gold, blue & green hues of the Aurora Borealis, this stone is as mystical as the changing colours of the Northern lights.
